My Counseling Approach: I strive to provide individualized services that will be most beneficial to you in reaching your goals. My clinical approach incorporates elements of person-centered counseling, psychodynamic counseling, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help my clients reach their goals. 

My Professional Passions: Treating depressive and anxiety disorders; Learning about how brain chemistry affects our emotions and behaviors, Trauma Recovery, and grief therapy.

Languages: English and Albanian. 

My Personal Passions: reading, spending time with family and friends and traveling. 

Education: Masters of Mental Health Counseling, Monmouth University

Experience: I began my work in the field of counseling working with individuals that have intellectual and developmental disabilities. I provided group, family, couples, and individual therapy and was trained in psychodrama and trauma-informed therapy. Following this, I worked in an outpatient setting providing individual, couples, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
