Ready to schedule your first session? Follow our easy 3 step process below to schedule online! Online scheduling is currently for new clients only. If you are an established client, please login to our Client Portal to schedule or reach out to your therapist directly.
1. Pick a Therapist
Use the link below to see each of our clinicians’ specialties, the ages they work with, and which insurance plans they are in network with. Not all therapists accept all insurance plans.
All therapists accept private pay and participate in income-based sliding scale. If you do not see your insurance plan on the list, we can still bill out of network! Feel free to contact us at 732-997-6014, [email protected], or our secure online form if you’d like us to look into your out of network benefits.
2. Request an Appointment
You can view schedules and book an appointment through our online portal. After booking your appointment, your therapist will approve it and send you a confirmation email with additional details and intake paperwork.
3. Complete Paperwork
Once your scheduling request is approved, you will receive a link in your email that will take you to our Simple Practice Client Portal. We ask that all paperwork is completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you are scheduling a session that is 48 hours away, please complete as soon as possible. This allows time for us to confirm your insurance and ensure we have everything we need to be prepared for your appointment.
